2. What if I want you to make up curtains in fabric that I have already purchased?
No problem, simply check the quantities with us first and then send it to us with your order reference number attached to it – if possible please send fabric on a roll.
3. Can you take orders over the phone?
I can accept your order details over the phone but, prior to commencing any work, I will send you a copy of the quote and order for you to sign and return with your non-refundable deposit. Once signed, orders cannot be altered.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
Generally, it takes around six weeks from receipt of your completed order (including fabric, measurements, cleared deposit and your contact details). However, at busier times of the year, such as Christmas and Easter, it may be longer. You will be advised of lead times when you place your order.
5. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. We ask for full payment for any fabric and 30% of the make-up costs as a non-refundable deposit. The total amount will be outlined in your particular quotation.
6. How do I pay?
Currently, we can accept cheques by post or bank transfer. Our services include made-to-measure soft furnishings, cushions, curtains, blinds, fabrics, blinds, pelmets and throws amongst all other fabrics for interior design.
